Horizontal scrolling?
I like the shiny graphics and coloers of the new website, but is there a way to get the old, vertical scrolling, website back?
Why? I can skim text while it scrolls vertically (at constant speed) but not while it scrolles horizontally—so with the new UX reading speed and usability have not just dropped but are outright broken.
Basically, the new website is totally unusable for quick skimming of headlines!

Completely agree. I get the urge of the tweetedtimes-staff to replicate the flipboard-feeling but the new horizontal scrolling completely destroys the value of thetweetedtimes for me. skimming is impossible with the new design. I used to visit tweetedtimes many times a day and just skim the headlines when I wasn't constantly on twitter. that doesn't work now anymore for me.
please at least give us the option to choose between the two designs. -

Agreed. The 3 vertical scrolling views would be great for devices like iPad or tablets, but on a desktop browser, it just feels weird.
